This Villa is the private upper level of a beautiful House 100m from the kite beach. It has 2 bedrooms: one with king size bed and AC, the other one with queen size bed and a small single bed with fan. There is one bathroom with shower. It has a large fully equipped kitchen, large living room with AC, a tv with Roku, a large sun room. Nice private area in the back with private pool. Cable Internet, good streaming Wifi. Up to 4 persons. ($175/n if 7 nights or more*) ($185/n if more than 3 nights*) ( $195/n if 2 or 3 nights*) ($245 if one night)
**Patricia lives in the lower-level apartment, which is completely separate from your rental. She owns two well-behaved, medium-sized dogs that help guard the property. There is also a cat that lives downstairs. They can interact with you as much or as little as you’d like.
Utilities are included.
Light cleaning and change of sheets and towels is every 7 nights. Cleaning supplies are in the villa for you to use if needed.
Half of payment will be be needed to reserve the villa, refundable if 30 days notice of cancelation. The other half is due 4 weeks before check in.
* there is no discount on accommodation for Christmas weeks and Easter week (the nightly rate would be $195/n if more than one night)
