Paraiso De Aves is a duplex style house very short walk to the kite beach. Split into two halves smaller and larger. Can be rented separate or together. !Can see from the pic above how close you are to the kite beach!!! The smaller half has large living / kitchen area with single couch/bed see pic to right. Small side also has own private bedroom with double bed and bathroom see pic to right. Small half can sleep total of 3-persons and runs $65 per night or $55 with over week stay. Larger half has large living / kitchen area with private bedroom with double bed and bathroom on the first floor see pic to right. Upstairs has another private bedroom with doulbe bed and a balcony living area with 2ea single beds and option of 2ea more singles or can be pushed together for another double bed see pic to right. This half runs $95 per night or $85 over week stay. To rent whole house large side and small is $150 or $140 over week stay. Over week stay means 7nights or more. Also pricing may be negotiable depending on dates and lenght of stay. Please inquire. Pool and private gated parking area use for both halves. All utilities and cleaning included. |

Villa Derby A & B are two private villas / small homes. They are both around same size and share pool and private parking area. Fully furnished kitchens. All utilities and cleaning included. |

Sleeps up to 4 people Is $65/night $55 over week Villa Derby B Has the same layout at Villa A. Just bit larger living/kitchen area.
